Shannon directed this perennial favorite and I served as assistant director. I also proposed a set design that she accepted (my first). What you see above is neither Shannon's work nor mine; it's the terrific poster that Tim designed for the show. It's possible I have more images buried in the basement. (I tried scanning the ground plan drawing and some of the other design materials, but they were done in pencil and did not give a good result.)
A remarkable show. Mike Fulford took a friend's dare, tried out and made a fine Johnny. Shannon resexed Dr. Einstein and put Thea Puppo (now Ellenberg) in the part. John Carson stole divers scenes as Teddy. We practiced all sorts of stagecraft on our audience. And for a brief, exhilarating moment I convinced Laura DeCastro that she had built a wall on the wrong side of the set. Very nice.
