Steven went "period" for his Mainstage debut and asked me to design his set. As you'll see in the design and construction pages, it was a challenge. I spent a day taping the plan out on the deck (marking where the walls and changes of level will go), including the 18 carefully dimensioned steps, and stayed sore for a week. (The steps, once built and then struck, found their way to one of the high schools, where I understand they are enjoying a second life.)
