Six Degrees of Separation: images

View under lights, July 20

Six Degrees of Separation opened July 25 to an oversold house. The second-tallest man in the audience was seated in a little squinchy folding chair in Row H. It was an exceptionally good show. Even though it may not need the help, assistant director Terrell has set up a cross-promotion with six nearby restaurants; go to the special Saturday matinee, then have a discounted earlybird supper.

I promise I'll stop adding photos to this series. Quite a few audience members have taken the trouble to comment on the superb design that Cal did for the show, so this image shows it nearly ready to open. The lighting plot was changed to put more light (and less masking) around the top of the door unit, and most scenes were played in much more ample light than this suggests. Lovely work.
