The Play's the Thing
Dickens and Wodehouse fans will get a tiny kick from this image. Jay, who played Turai, named the two waifs Ignorance and Want (I hope I got this right). Janet, the prop genius, went out looking for a statuette of the Infant Samuel at Prayer. Well, she went out looking for seven of them, so I could let Turai smash one every night, but that didn't happen. The closest she could get to the I.S.A.P. was the weepy little creature you see at lower right.
